About Susan E. Hagley, MST

Susan Hagley is a Managing Director and Senior Wealth Strategist for Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. Her primary focus is working with Oxford’s clients to review and provide insight into their current estate plan and goals to develop tax-efficient strategies that aim for wealth preservation and enhancement. Susan also assists with the overall financial planning needs of Oxford’s clients by means of customized cash flow modeling.

Prior to joining Oxford, Susan was a Wealth Planner for Mirador, a multi-family office that was a division of Fifth Third Bank. In this role, she served as a technical resource and assisted in the creation of multi-generational wealth plans and estate planning illustrations.

Susan also has a decade of experience in tax planning and compliance, which contributes to her unique ability to understand and help optimize planning strategies and modeling. Her area of focus was the taxation of high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, private foundations and family partnerships.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation degree from Grand Valley State University.

Susan lives with her family in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a lifelong Michigander, she embraces everything each season has to offer. She enjoys being active and spending time with her close family.

Tania A. DeVries, JD

About Tania A. DeVries, JD

Tania DeVries is a Managing Director at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd., where she collaborates with investment and tax planning experts to deliver strategic, customized solutions that align with the financial objectives and life goals of Oxford’s clients.

Before transitioning into wealth management, Tania practiced law for seven years in the private sector in both Detroit and West Michigan. In 2004, she joined the Fifth Third Bank, marking the beginning of her career focused on assisting multi-generational families with complex trust matters. Prior to joining Oxford, Tania served as a Senior Fiduciary Advisor at Hawthorn Family Office Services, PNC Bank, specializing in fiduciary representation and wealth planning for ultra-high-net-worth families.

Tania holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a law degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

As a dedicated community leader, Tania believes in leveraging her expertise and network to drive positive change in various area not-for-profits. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of Guiding Light, an innovative and comprehensive recovery program for men and women. As a former practicing attorney, Tania has been touched by individuals and families unable to afford adequate legal representation. She is, therefore, passionate about supporting the Legal Assistance Center of West Michigan, where she served two terms as President, was a long-standing board member and now sits on its Development Committee.

Residing in Grand Rapids with her husband, Tania has a daughter who is currently pursuing graduate studies and a son in high school. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family and spending free time by the pool or the sandy shores of Lake Michigan.

Brian D. Copsey, MAcc, CFA, CPA (Inactive)

Brian Copsey serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Oxford Financial Group, Ltd., providing executive leadership and strategic oversight of the firm’s finance organization. He is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Value Council.

As the CFO of Oxford, Brian brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership and a balanced approach to operational and financial challenges. His background spans Fortune 100 corporate finance, direct investing and M&A advisory, complemented by his expertise in technical accounting. Throughout his career, Brian has proven adept at identifying key insights and crafting innovative solutions to complex financial issues.

Before joining Oxford, Brian served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Capital Markets for a family office, where he led critical project financing initiatives, sourcing and securing debt and mezzanine financing and managing significant investment activity. Prior roles include senior financial positions at United Airlines, Brookfield Asset Management, Pine River Capital Management and PwC, where he delivered strategic financial planning, operational oversight and market research in various high-impact capacities.

Brian received his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master of Accounting (MAcc) from the University of Wisconsin. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA® charterholder) and received his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate. Brian is an active member of the CFA Society of Indianapolis.

Brian serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Faith & Action Project, a multi-sector, interfaith, collaborative approach to inspiring a pathway from poverty to prosperity in Central Indiana.

Brian resides in Indianapolis with his wife, their son and their Labradoodle. In his leisure time, he enjoys golfing, paddle tennis, running and traveling.

Jarret D. Blum, CWS®

Jarret D. Blum is Chief Development Officer and Managing Director for Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this capacity, Jarret leads our Managing Directors in the management of their practice and ensures the firm provides the Oxford Quality experience the firm is known for. Jarret is the Chair of Oxford’s Value Council Committee and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Jarret has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry with a valuable and unique mix of advisory management expertise. Prior to joining Oxford, Jarret served as Executive Director to the Select Advisor Group at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management and led their most senior advisors in generating over $100 million in annual revenue. In his tenure at Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Jarret worked as a Financial Advisor to ultra-high-net-worth families for 10 years, providing planning and portfolio advice by integrating hedged equity portfolios, complex option strategies and equity syndicate. He then joined the senior leadership team to further develop Morgan Stanley’s advisory group. Additionally, his professional background includes leadership roles at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. where he led complexes with over $12 billion in investible assets.

Jarret is a former NCAA Lacrosse player. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Catawba College in North Carolina and received the Certified Wealth Strategist® certification from Cannon Financial Institute. He is frequently invited to speak on practice management, business development, alternative investments and economics for numerous professional organizations, educational groups and societies across the United States.

Jarret lives in Chicago with his wife, Dr. Debra Selip, and their three children. Their family enjoys winters skiing in Telluride, Colorado and summers on Delavan Lake in Wisconsin.

H. Tyler Rosser, JD, CFP®

Tyler Rosser is a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role, Tyler provides highly customized financial planning solutions and Family Office Services to multigenerational families of significant worth, business owners and executives. Tyler works closely with clients to create and implement sophisticated and comprehensive financial, estate, trust and tax strategies that allow for the preservation and enhancement of wealth.

Drawing upon his prior experience as an attorney practicing in the areas of trust and estate planning and administration, real estate transactions and taxation, Tyler brings a unique ability to understand and optimize the legal components of a client’s wealth transfer strategy alongside the financial aspects.

Prior to joining Oxford, Tyler was an attorney and Associate Director on the capital markets team at Scannell Properties, a large industrial real estate developer, where he transacted over $1.0 billion of real estate dispositions. Prior to his time at Scannell Properties, Tyler was in private practice as an attorney serving clients throughout central Indiana.

Tyler received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance and real estate from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude. Tyler is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and maintains an active license to practice law in the State of Indiana.

Outside of Oxford, Tyler is actively involved in the Indianapolis advisor community as a member of the Indiana University School of Medicine Planned Giving Committee and as a member of the Professional Advisor Leadership Council of the Central Indiana Community Foundation. Tyler also teaches Estate and Gift Taxation as an Adjunct Professor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Tyler and his wife, Maryl, live in a northern suburb of Indianapolis and enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time outdoors. Tyler is also an avid runner and enjoys participating in the One America 500 Festival Mini-Marathon held in Indianapolis each year during the month of May.

Bo Wilkins is a Managing Director within Oxford’s Family Office Services practice. Bo works with business owners and family offices to protect clients’ estate and legacy. He collaborates with his Oxford colleagues and the clients’ team of advisors on the design and implementation of wealth transfer strategies. His leadership, expertise and creative approach make him a sought‐after industry professional.

Prior to his transition to Oxford, Bo was a founding member and partner of High Ground Company, a boutique insurance advisory firm serving ultra‐affluent families. He has over three decades of experience providing white glove service in the areas of multigenerational estate, legacy and business succession planning.

Bo graduated from Hampden Sydney College and serves as a member of their alumni board. He sits on the board of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council and is a long‐standing member of FINSECA, an organization made up of the top financial security professionals. He is also a two‐time president of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

Bo holds professional designations as a Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC®), Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®).

Bo is a sought‐after speaker and has written numerous articles that have been published in the NAEPC Journal of Estate & Tax Planning, Financial Advisor Magazine, Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta Journal‐Constitution, National Underwriter, Private Wealth Magazine and Business to Business Magazine.

Bo is actively involved with Covenant House Georgia and Trinity House. He previously served on the board and leadership council for a number of organizations including Songs For Kids Foundation, Camp Sunshine, Curing Kids Cancer and the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s Atlanta Chapter.

In his spare time, Bo enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandson. He enjoys live music, the symphony, playing guitar, long distance running, skiing and is an avid traveler.

Andrew D. Filauro, MBA

Andrew Filauro is a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. Drawing on his investment expertise, extensive leadership experience and years advising business owners and families, Andrew’s primary focus is understanding his clients and delivering solutions that reflect their personal values. He provides this proactive advice by coordinating the deep technical expertise of Oxford’s Family Office and Investment teams to build best practices for each family’s unique set of circumstances.

Andrew previously served as a Private Wealth Advisor at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in Palm Beach. His responsibilities included developing goals‐based wealth allocation strategies and quarterbacking the financial needs of entrepreneurs and families of significant wealth. After Goldman, Andrew opened and led the Palm Beach office of Steel Grove Capital Advisors, where he served as an Investment Advisor to wealthy business owners. Andrew began his career on Wall Street in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays in New York, where he raised capital for business owners in the industrial and financial services sectors.

Prior to his career in finance, Andrew served for five years as a Captain in the United States Army. His time in the Army included a 12‐month deployment to Afghanistan and service as the aide‐de  camp to the Commanding General of the Army’s Research, Development and Engineering Program. Andrew earned a master of business administration (MBA) from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor of science degree in economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was the goalkeeper of the men’s soccer team.

Andrew is the Vice President of the West Point Society of the Palm Beaches. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Fund for West Palm Beach Police and on the Veterans Build Committee of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County. A New Jersey native, Andrew lives in West Palm Beach, Florida, with his wife, Stephanie, and their two children. He enjoys raising his children, endurance sports, golf, tennis and traveling.

His focus is working with clients to help them navigate the complexities of financial markets by providing customized advice based on a thorough understanding of their personal values, wealth transfer goals and vision for their business and legacy.

Prior to joining Oxford, Parker was a Principal and Senior Client Advisor at Bessemer Trust, where he led a team responsible for providing ultra-high-net-worth clients with proactive, highly personalized advice across investment management, wealth planning and family office services. Before Bessemer, Parker was a Managing Director with Cresset. Parker began his career at Cambridge Associates advising single family offices and institutional investors in portfolio construction and implementation, financial planning and family office services.

Parker earned his bachelor of arts degree in philosophy from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He went on to earn a master of business administration (MBA) from Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business with a concentration in finance. Parker is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation (CFA® charterholder) and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional.

Parker lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Maggie and their two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, watching Atlanta United soccer and reading.

Barton C. Francis, MST, CFP®, CIMA®

Bart Francis is a Managing Director and the Client Experience Strategist at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role, Bart brings to Oxford his deep technical, business and experiential background in financial, estate, trust and tax planning to develop and monitor creative strategies for multi-generational families of significance to help them enhance and preserve their wealth. He also leads the firm’s efforts to deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.

Prior to joining Oxford, Bart spent over a decade at Bessemer Trust as a Senior Client Advisor. He directly managed family relationships and served as the lead planner delivering investment, estate, trust, philanthropic and family governance services to client families. He started out in public accounting and was a partner at both Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

On the national level, Bart served on the CFP Board of Governors for four years and was Chair during 2006. He served three years as a fiduciary on the Investments Committee of the American institute of Certified Public Accountants, overseeing qualified retirement plans and corporate investment funds. He served as an instructor for the American Institute of CPA’s Personal Financial Planning Certificate of Educational Achievement program and co-authored the course on retirement and estate planning.

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Bart holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master of science degree in taxation from Widener University. He earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards and also maintains the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) certification granted by the Investments & Wealth Institute.

Bart resides with his wife Diane and their three dogs (numbers always subject to change). Their children are grown and live in Austin, Texas and Vienna, Virginia. Bart and his family enjoy travel, food, wine and exercise.

Kevin W. Coquillette

Kevin Coquillette is a Managing Director for Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role, Kevin provides multi-generational families, business owners and institutions with guidance on their investment portfolios. His attention to every detail, inquisitive nature and focus on desired outcomes provides the clients he serves with peace of mind around the stewardship of their wealth now and for generations to come.

Prior to joining Oxford, Kevin was a Vice President with Goldman Sachs Asset Management where he worked for nearly a decade. During his tenure at Goldman, Kevin was responsible for developing the firm’s institutional practice and client base. His expertise was in providing council to significant endowments, foundations, pensions and other not-for-profit organizations on customized investment strategies. Additionally, Kevin was a private equity specialist with Goldman Sachs, educating and assisting financial intermediaries in the construction of suitable private market portfolios.

Kevin earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from DePauw University where he was a Management Fellow.

Kevin lives in Edina, Minnesota with his wife, Maggie, and their two children. A Chicago native, he has an affinity for all things Chicago sports. Kevin is a member of Interlachen Country Club in Edina Minnesota. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, family time and vacationing in Bluffton, South Carolina.
