About Sue A. McMillen, MBA, SPHR®, CEBS, SHRM-SCP

Sue McMillen is the Chief Talent Officer for Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. She is responsible for all human resource strategies including talent acquisition, organizational development, leadership development, performance management, corporate culture and total rewards. She also provides oversight and executive leadership for the Talent Management and Administrative Services teams. Sue is a shareholder and serves on the Senior Leadership Team, Compensation Committee and chairs the Retirement and Ethics Committees.

Sue has extensive experience in training and development, organizational change, employee relations, employee communications, compensation and benefits administration, affirmative action and employment law. Sue was recognized for her excellence in performance by being awarded the Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. 2011 CEO Salute Award. Sue’s vast experience has given her keen insight ranging from smaller, privately held organizations to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Oxford, Sue accrued more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry in human resources, senior leadership and operations positions.

Sue graduated from Valparaiso University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She obtained her Master’s degree from Indiana University and graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University. She has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designations. The International Foundation of Employee Benefits has certified her as a Group Benefits Associate (GBA). Sue is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®).

Carl S. Jackson, MBA, CFA



About Carl S. Jackson, MBA, CFA

Carl Jackson is a Managing Director and Oxford Investment Fellow® within the Investment Management Group of Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role, he is a lead in sourcing, diligence, execution and management of the Regent Street Partners funds and Co-Investment funds. Carl is a voting member of the Regent Street and Co-Investment Sub-Committees and joined Oxford early in 2021. His expertise includes commercial diligence, lean operations and manager selection. Carl represents Oxford on several boards and advisory councils that oversee investments.

Before joining Oxford, Carl was a member of the private equity team at the State of Indiana Public Retirement System. There he led primary fund and co-investment transactions across various geographies and investment types. Carl managed commercial and operational due diligence.

A graduate of Purdue University, Carl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Philosophy. Carl earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from Indiana University (IU) where he remains a mentor. At IU, he was the winner of both the Peterson and Cox fellowships for excellence in finance as well as the Todd B. Richter investment award. Carl earned his Chartered Financial Analyst® designation (CFA® charterholder) in 2019.

Carl is a Fort Wayne, Indiana native and based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Robert L. Webb, MBA, CFA



About Robert L. Webb, MBA, CFA

Rob Webb is a Managing Director and Oxford Investment Fellow with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In his role, Rob’s responsibilities include investment research with a focus on private market funds, including manager sourcing, due diligence, portfolio construction and investment recommendations.

Prior to joining Oxford, Rob spent over 17 years as an investment professional with State Farm Insurance. He worked in the Fixed Income department before co‐founding State Farm’s private equity investment program in 2011. Prior to business school, Rob began his career as a Research Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Economics from Western Illinois University. He received his MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Rob is a CFA charterholder and a  member of the CFA Society of Indianapolis. He has served on 20 fund advisory boards.

Rob and his wife, Mikele, live in Carmel, Indiana with their three cats. Rob enjoys reading about American history.

Ryan T. Shidler, CFA, CAIA



About Ryan T. Shidler, CFA, CAIA

Ryan Shidler is a Managing Director and Oxford Investment Fellow® with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role, his responsibilities include sourcing, evaluation, execution and management of direct private investments for Mayfair Capital Partners and ongoing support of existing portfolio companies. Additionally, he is responsible for manager sourcing, evaluation, execution and management of private market funds and co-investment opportunities. Ryan also serves as a key member across Oxford’s private market investment committees including the Mayfair Investment Committee, Regent Street and Co-Investment.

Before joining Oxford, Ryan was a Financial Analyst at Regions Asset Management, a business group within Regions Bank that provides investment management services. In that role he analyzed client portfolios, provided performance commentary and attribution analysis on equity and fixed
income strategies.

Ryan graduated from Samford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA charterholder) and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. Ryan is an active member of the CFA Society of Indianapolis and a chapter member of CAIA Chicago.

Ryan lettered four years as a tennis player while at Samford. He was the 2012 winner of the Jim Griffin Award, one of Samford Athletics’ highest honors, given annually to the “Unsung Hero” that exemplifies what it is to be a teammate.

Jared A. Nishida, CFA



About Jared A. Nishida, CFA

Jared Nishida is a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. where he serves as a member of the Oxford Investment Fellows.

Before joining Oxford in 2010, Jared was an investment analyst at KSM Capital Advisors, LLC (KSMCA), a registered investment advisor. In his role, Jared directed the research efforts for the firm and was a member of the Investment Committee. He also guided the management of KSMCA’s discretionary portfolios and assisted in client meetings.

As a Managing Director at Oxford, Jared’s main responsibilities are investment research, manager due diligence and developing customized asset allocations. His expertise also includes addressing investment issues with clients and advising on specific portfolio questions. In addition, Jared helps oversee implementation in all phases of the investment management process.

A graduate of Taylor University, Jared holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota.

David M. Lewis, CFA, CAIA



About David M. Lewis, CFA, CAIA

David Lewis is a Managing Director and Oxford Investment Fellow with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role he is responsible for sourcing and researching private market opportunities.

Before joining Oxford, David led alternative investment research for William Blair’s private wealth management business. David focused on real estate, natural resources, private equity and hedge funds. He was responsible for the full life-cycle of each investment, including sourcing, conducting rigorous due diligence, educating investors and the ongoing monitoring of each opportunity. His other professional experience includes private market and specialty finance research for a multi-family investment office, and recommending investment strategies and asset allocation to the board of directors at Rotary International and the Rotary Foundation.

David graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with Mathematical emphasis. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation (CFA® charterholder) and was awarded the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation in 2010. David is a member of the CFA Society of Chicago.

David and his wife live in Evanston with their two children. David enjoys golf, theatre and spending time with his family.

Cameron R. Johnson, MBA, CFA



About Cameron R. Johnson, MBA, CFA

Cam Johnson is a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office. As an Oxford Investment Fellow, he is responsible for investment manager evaluation, asset allocation modeling and portfolio construction.

Cam has almost 30 years of experience in the investment industry. Before joining Oxford, Cam was an investment principal at Lowry Hill where he was the lead portfolio manager for small cap equity strategy, a member of the Asset Allocation and Investment Strategy teams and developed the firm’s outsourced CIO model for foundations and endowments. He also led external manager due diligence for marketable investment strategies. Cam served as an equity analyst with focus on institutional midcap growth portfolios and a long/short hedge fund.

Cam received a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, with a major in Financial Economics. He became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 1997 and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Twin Cities Society of Security Analysts.

Cam and his wife, Sarah, live in Minnetonka, Minnesota, with their two children.

Daniel J. Ford, PRM™



About Daniel J. Ford, PRM

As a Managing Director and Oxford Investment Fellow® at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd., Dan Ford’s expertise lies in alternative investments, derivative products, quantitative analysis and financial engineering. Dan brings a wealth of experience and technical insight to his leadership role at the firm.

Before joining Oxford, Dan served as Director of Multi-Asset Strategies at the Indiana Public Retirement System. Dan had management and oversight responsibility for approximately $6 billion invested across absolute return hedge funds, risk parity and illiquid opportunistic strategies. He was also responsible for overseeing asset allocation research and risk management analytics for the $32 billion defined benefit pension plan.

Prior to INPRS, Dan was a member of the Portfolio Management team within CNO Financial Group’s insurance asset management subsidiary, where he was responsible for product hedging, carry strategies, hedge fund investments and portfolio analytics for the firm’s general account. Dan began his career as an Associate Portfolio Manager at Fifth Third Asset Management where he was responsible for credit research, risk modeling and liquidity management.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Investment Finance and Economics. Dan is an active member of the National Futures Association (NFA) and previously served on the Board of Directors of the CFA Society of Indianapolis.

Ben A. Ault, MSc


About Ben A. Ault, MSc

Ben Ault is a Managing Director and Oxford Investment Fellow with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role, Ben is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, execution and management of direct private equity investments and is a key member of the Oxford Mayfair Investment Committee. The Mayfair initiative focuses on making direct private equity investments in privately held companies.

Prior to joining Oxford, Ben spent more than 15 years as a Managing Director with Grey Mountain Partners, a middle-market private equity firm that grew to acquire 40+ companies and manage approximately $750 million in aggregate commitments across three private equity funds. During his time there, he managed external relationships for the firm, sourced investment opportunities, conducted due diligence, negotiated M&A transactions and served as a board member for six portfolio companies. Prior to Grey Mountain Partners, Ben was an Investment Banking Analyst with the M&A group of Goldman Sachs.

Ben received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Indiana University, graduating magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa and with honors. He received his Master’s degree from the London School of Economics where he graduated with merit.

Robert “Bo” D. Ramsey III, JD, MBA, CFA, CAIA


About Robert “Bo” D. Ramsey III, JD, MBA, CFA, CAIA

Bo Ramsey serves as Co-Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer for Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role he oversees Oxford’s Investment Management Group and the Oxford Investment Fellows® by establishing the long‐term investment vision, philosophy and strategies for Oxford’s CIO practice. Bo acts as the lead oversight for all investment manager due diligence criteria and asset allocation policies. He is individually responsible for sourcing and vetting specific private market investments and for performing investment research. Bo serves on the Senior Leadership Committee, Oxford Investment Board and Mayfair Board.

Prior to joining Oxford, Bo served as Co‐Chief Investment Officer at Pendyne Capital, LLC where he managed alternative investment portfolios including a $150 million private equity and venture capital portfolio and an $80 million hedge fund portfolio. He also served on the board of directors for three portfolio companies. Prior to his time at Pendyne Capital, Bo was Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Indiana Public Retirement System, where he managed the $3.5 billion private equity, $6.3 billion public equity and $2.7 billion risk parity portfolios.

Bo received his Bachelor of Science and his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He received his Juris Doctor from Indiana University McKinney School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Bo is a Board Member and Investment Committee Member of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Foundation, an Advisory Board Member of Pacenote Capital, LLC and a Board Member of Top Echelon Software, LLC, IDW, Inc., Tile-Redi, LLC, Baseline Fitness, LLC and publicly traded Stryve, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNAX). Bo is a former Board Member of POLYWOOD, LLC.

Bo is married and has three children and one dog. His hobbies include running,  paddle boarding, golf, reading and travel. He is a fan of Indiana University sports, the Indianapolis Colts and the Chicago Cubs.
