As the CEO and Managing Director of Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. Jeff Thomasson is solely focused on providing premier elite wealth enhancement experiences to individuals and families across many states. Jeff founded Oxford in 1981 upon receiving his MBA from the Indiana University Graduate Business School.

Jeff passionately reaches for higher levels of service and more customized solutions for clients, which ultimately drives Oxford’s ability to help a greater number of individuals. Each client receives incredible time, attention and care, and this corner-stone allows clients to achieve their goals, some of which they didn’t know they had.

From creating investment opportunities to hiring the most caring and talented team members, everything Jeff does at Oxford is focused on a desire to gain an absolute understanding of each client’s needs in order to deliver advice and solutions that earn the client’s ultimate confidence.

Jeff is involved in numerous private foundations and thoroughly enjoys philanthropy. Through the Thomasson Foundation, he and his family have awarded hundreds of scholarships to deserving college students over many years. Two of Jeff’s favorites are annual scholarships for graduating Zionsville High School seniors in honor of Lloyd and Jane Taylor, as well as the Oliver L. Warner Educational Scholarship he provides through the Boone County Community Foundation. These two families had a life changing impact on Jeff’s youth.

Jeff is a member of the YPO Gold and Chief Executives Organization and serves on the board of Baseline Fitness, LLC and numerous family foundations. Previously, he served on the boards of POLYWOOD®, Ontario Systems, Parkway Company, Paylink Payment Plans of Chicago, Illinois, Leadership Network of Dallas, Texas, Union Federal Bank, Indiana Bancshares, Waterfield Mortgage Corporation, Flight Options, Syndicate Systems, The Hudson Institute, Park Tudor School, Indiana Repertory Theatre and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.

Kristina R. Baron, MBA

About Kristina

As Co-Managing Partner and Managing Director at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd., Kristina Baron coordinates cohesive investment and wealth enhancement strategies, focusing primarily on Oxford’s unique Aspirational Solutions and Diversifier Strategies. Additionally, she holds a key leadership role and serves as a member of Oxford’s Board of Directors, the Oxford Executive Council and as Chair of the Oxford Investment Board. Kristina’s high-touch approach, attention to detail and adherence to Oxford’s exceptionally high standards and best practices helps ensure that clients are confident in the advice and outcomes she and the rest of the team provide.

Due to Kristina’s depth of experience working with Oxford’s investment research team, the Oxford Investment Fellows®, she is skilled at educating clients on Oxford’s fully transparent and completely aligned fee structure. She is well-informed on how Oxford’s size and scale in the industry make it possible for Oxford to access many of the most unique and top-performing investment opportunities available in the industry.

Prior to joining Oxford, Kristina served as a Vice President and Regional Director for Goldman, Sachs & Co. There she mentored financial professionals, institutions and ultra-high-net-worth clients on the proper placement of specific Goldman Sachs solutions, including hedge funds, private equity, mutual funds and exchange traded funds (ETFs). She also served as a subject matter expert on their market views, proper asset allocation and risk budgeting. Prior to Goldman, Kristina spent several years at Fidelity Investments. She has dedicated her career to providing the best possible investment strategies, banking solutions and genuine care to her clients.

Kristina earned her bachelor of science degree in financial services management from Johnson & Wales University. She went on to earn a master of business administration (MBA), graduating summa cum laude with concentrations in global finance and global business leadership.

Kristina has the unique ability to provide clients with the peace of mind required to help ensure that their legacy will continue for generations to come.

Jarret D. Blum, CWS®

Jarret D. Blum is Chief Development Officer and Managing Director for Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this capacity, Jarret leads our Managing Directors in the management of their practice and ensures the firm provides the Oxford Quality experience the firm is known for. Jarret is the Chair of Oxford’s Value Council Committee and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Jarret has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry with a valuable and unique mix of advisory management expertise. Prior to joining Oxford, Jarret served as Executive Director to the Select Advisor Group at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management and led their most senior advisors in generating over $100 million in annual revenue. In his tenure at Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Jarret worked as a Financial Advisor to ultra-high-net-worth families for 10 years, providing planning and portfolio advice by integrating hedged equity portfolios, complex option strategies and equity syndicate. He then joined the senior leadership team to further develop Morgan Stanley’s advisory group. Additionally, his professional background includes leadership roles at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. where he led complexes with over $12 billion in investible assets.

Jarret is a former NCAA Lacrosse player. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Catawba College in North Carolina and received the Certified Wealth Strategist® certification from Cannon Financial Institute. He is frequently invited to speak on practice management, business development, alternative investments and economics for numerous professional organizations, educational groups and societies across the United States.

Jarret lives in Chicago with his wife, Dr. Debra Selip, and their three children. Their family enjoys winters skiing in Telluride, Colorado and summers on Delavan Lake in Wisconsin.

Jason R. Brinks, CFP®

About Jason R. Brinks, CFP®

Jason Brinks is a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. He specializes in working with families to develop investment portfolios that align with the unique goals of multigenerational trusts and other family entities. He has a unique ability to explain the complex structures of private equity, hedge and tax reduction strategies in a way that clients are able to understand and take comfort in. Jason’s primary focus is working with families; however, he also has vast experience in helping foundations, non-profit organizations and endowments.

In 2011, Jason transitioned to Oxford from his role as a client service advisor with Crowe Wealth Management, a joint venture between Oxford and Crowe Horwath, LLP.

Prior to Crowe Horwath, LLP, Jason was a trust officer with a boutique bank and trust company located in Western Michigan. In this role, he worked with clients to coordinate their investments, trusts, financial planning and banking needs. He also acted as the liaison between his clients and their attorneys, accountants and other professional advisors.

A graduate of Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Jason earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and completed the certificate program in financial planning at Grand Valley State University.

He is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Personal Trust School and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional.

Jason has contributed his talents in many roles throughout communities in West Michigan. He has been a member of the Professional Advisory Committee for the Corewell Health Foundation, the Investment Committee for the Grand Rapids Community Foundation and the Stewardship and Properties Committees for Seymour Church and has served as a high school volunteer for Junior Achievement of the Great Lakes. Jason currently serves as a Board Member for South Christian High School and is on the Endowment Committee for Dutton Christian School, where he is a past Board Member and volunteers as an accountability leader at the middle school.

Charles R. Carter, CFP®, CEPA

Charles Carter is a Managing Director at Oxford Financial Group Ltd., advising families on simplifying complexity, integrating strategy and stewarding multigenerational wealth. He specializes in guiding entrepreneurs, wealth creators and inheritors through key transitions such as business exits, succession planning and the evolution of family governance.

As “family office” becomes an increasingly broad and often misunderstood term, Charles brings focus and clarity, helping families evaluate advisory options to select a model that fits both current and future needs. He delivers integrated planning that weaves together estate planning, tax strategy and generational decision-making into a single framework. Recognized for his ability to organize and align complex moving parts, Charles coordinates across legal, tax and investment advisors to ensure
strategies are thorough and precisely implemented. His approach provides families with clear direction and consistency through changing circumstances and generational transitions.

With more than 20 years of experience, Charles works closely with clients to define long-term goals, align capital with values and develop lasting strategies that aim to support harmony and financial success. Before joining Oxford, he was Vice President at Highland Capital Brokerage, where he partnered with investment, legal, accounting and insurance professionals throughout the Midwest.

Charles is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Certified Exit Planning Advisor and active member of The UHNW Institute. Born in Ohio, he now lives in Indianapolis with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys family travel and is an avid golfer.

Laura J. Clark, CFA


About Laura J. Clark, CFA

Laura Clark is a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. and a member of Oxford’s Retirement Plan Committee and serves on The Trust Company of Oxford™ Board. Prior to joining Oxford in 2011, Laura was an investment principal at Lowry Hill, a private asset management firm. She has extensive experience in portfolio management and managing client relationships.

Prior to joining Lowry Hill, Laura was a principal and equity partner with Front Barnett Associates, LLC, an independent wealth consulting firm headquartered in Chicago. She also spent 13 years with J.P. Morgan, where she held a variety of positions in corporate finance, institutional equity sales, recruiting and cash management.

Laura earned a Master’s degree in Humanities from the University of Chicago and Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research Engineering from Cornell University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Chicago.

Laura has a long history supporting her alma mater, Cornell University. She was appointed to the board of trustees in 1992, the youngest person to ever receive this distinction and was appointed emeritus trustee in 2000. She was instrumental in founding the Young Alumni Giving Program and served as the first national chair from its inception in 1989 until 1997. She also worked with seniors at the university to increase giving and served as the national chair of the Cornell Fund from 1999 to 2002, promoting unrestricted giving.

Laura is emeritus Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Holy Trinity High School in Chicago, an inner-city Catholic school. She continues to serve on the Board and on the Executive Committee. She is an emeritus advisory board member for the Glamour Gals, a national organization based in New York City that provides makeovers for nursing home residents.

Kevin W. Coquillette

Kevin Coquillette is a Managing Director for Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role, Kevin provides multi-generational families, business owners and institutions with guidance on their investment portfolios. His attention to every detail, inquisitive nature and focus on desired outcomes provides the clients he serves with peace of mind around the stewardship of their wealth now and for generations to come.

Prior to joining Oxford, Kevin was a Vice President with Goldman Sachs Asset Management where he worked for nearly a decade. During his tenure at Goldman, Kevin was responsible for developing the firm’s institutional practice and client base. His expertise was in providing council to significant endowments, foundations, pensions and other not-for-profit organizations on customized investment strategies. Additionally, Kevin was a private equity specialist with Goldman Sachs, educating and assisting financial intermediaries in the construction of suitable private market portfolios.

Kevin earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from DePauw University where he was a Management Fellow.

Kevin lives in Edina, Minnesota with his wife, Maggie, and their two children. A Chicago native, he has an affinity for all things Chicago sports. Kevin is a member of Interlachen Country Club in Edina Minnesota. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, family time and vacationing in Bluffton, South Carolina.

Rick Davis is a Managing Director within Oxford’s Family Office Services practice. He is also a member of Oxford’s Board of Directors, Compensation Committee, Partners Legacy Committee and Mayfair Committee.

Rick strongly embodies the “Oxford Advantage.” He brings an owner’s mentality to the business owner and other clients he serves. He is creative, results-oriented and focused on client satisfaction. He possesses exceptional expertise in his field.

At Oxford, Rick serves client families in the areas of wealth accumulation, multi-generational estate planning, business succession, charitable giving, investment strategy, risk mitigation and family governance and legacy strategies.

Clients choose to work with Rick because of his unique background in law and business and his ability to facilitate conversations that assist clients in identifying their goals, which can enable them to be more intentional in their planning. Rick is also adept at coordinating Oxford clients’ other professional advisor relationships to derive maximum value.

Rick graduated in 1981 with High Distinction from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. After graduating from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an Editor of the Michigan Law Review, he practiced law in New York City with Sullivan & Cromwell, a prominent Wall Street law firm, advising investment banking, financial institutions and large industrial clients in the areas of securities regulation and finance.

Prior to joining Oxford, Rick was a co-owner of a three-generation family business in Indianapolis, where his responsibilities included finance, strategic planning and oversight of legal, tax, accounting, governance and insurance matters.

Rick is Vice Chairman Emeritus of the AAA Hoosier Motor Club Board of Directors and its related insurance subsidiaries. Rick has worked with numerous charitable and philanthropic organizations, most recently serving as a member of the National Lay Review Committee of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where he helps oversee the distribution of more than $120 million in funding for Type 1 diabetes research each year.

Neal G. Davis, CFA, CFP®

About Neal G. Davis, CFA, CFP®

Neal Davis serves as Managing Director at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd., where he leads client relationships by providing tailored investment advice and integrating Oxford’s comprehensive offerings into customized solutions that address each client’s unique needs.

Previously, Neal held the role of Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager in the Private Client Group at Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. There, he oversaw investment strategy, portfolio management and the supervision of assets for ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions. Earlier in his career, Neal spent nine years at Buckingham Advisors as a Senior Portfolio Manager, where he managed client assets, conducted equity research and developed operational efficiencies across the firm.

Neal earned his Bachelor of Science in Family Financial Management from The Ohio State University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) certificant and has a Series 65 license.

Dedicated to service beyond his professional responsibilities, Neal is a member of the Cincinnati CFA Society and volunteers with Adopt A Class and the Boys & Girls Club of Cincinnati, promoting financial literacy among local youth.

Neal resides in Cincinnati with his fiancée, Chelsea, and their French Bulldog, Cookie. He is passionate about travel, is an avid aviation enthusiast who earned his private pilot license and enjoys supporting The Ohio State Buckeyes, cycling, fitness and reading.

Tania A. DeVries, JD

About Tania A. DeVries, JD

Tania DeVries is a Managing Director at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd., where she collaborates with investment and tax planning experts to deliver strategic, customized solutions that align with the financial objectives and life goals of Oxford’s clients.

Before transitioning into wealth management, Tania practiced law for seven years in the private sector in both Detroit and West Michigan. In 2004, she joined the Fifth Third Bank, marking the beginning of her career focused on assisting multi-generational families with complex trust matters. Prior to joining Oxford, Tania served as a Senior Fiduciary Advisor at Hawthorn Family Office Services, PNC Bank, specializing in fiduciary representation and wealth planning for ultra-high-net-worth families.

Tania holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a law degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

As a dedicated community leader, Tania believes in leveraging her expertise and network to drive positive change in various area not-for-profits. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of Guiding Light, an innovative and comprehensive recovery program for men and women. As a former practicing attorney, Tania has been touched by individuals and families unable to afford adequate legal representation. She is, therefore, passionate about supporting the Legal Assistance Center of West Michigan, where she served two terms as President, was a long-standing board member and now sits on its Development Committee.

Residing in Grand Rapids with her husband, Tania has a daughter who is currently pursuing graduate studies and a son in high school. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family and spending free time by the pool or the sandy shores of Lake Michigan.
