About Andrew D. Filauro, MBA

Andrew Filauro is a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. Drawing on his investment expertise, extensive leadership experience and years advising business owners and families, Andrew’s primary focus is understanding his clients and delivering solutions that reflect their personal values. He provides this proactive advice by coordinating the deep technical expertise of Oxford’s Family Office and Investment teams to build best practices for each family’s unique set of circumstances.

Andrew previously served as a Private Wealth Advisor at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in Palm Beach. His responsibilities included developing goals‐based wealth allocation strategies and quarterbacking the financial needs of entrepreneurs and families of significant wealth. After Goldman, Andrew opened and led the Palm Beach office of Steel Grove Capital Advisors, where he served as an Investment Advisor to wealthy business owners. Andrew began his career on Wall Street in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays in New York, where he raised capital for business owners in the industrial and financial services sectors.

Prior to his career in finance, Andrew served for five years as a Captain in the United States Army. His time in the Army included a 12‐month deployment to Afghanistan and service as the aide‐de  camp to the Commanding General of the Army’s Research, Development and Engineering Program. Andrew earned a master of business administration (MBA) from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor of science degree in economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was the goalkeeper of the men’s soccer team.

Andrew is the Vice President of the West Point Society of the Palm Beaches. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Fund for West Palm Beach Police and on the Veterans Build Committee of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County. A New Jersey native, Andrew lives in West Palm Beach, Florida, with his wife, Stephanie, and their two children. He enjoys raising his children, endurance sports, golf, tennis and traveling.

Barton C. Francis, MST, CFP®, CIMA®

About Barton C. Francis, MST, CFP®, CIMA®

Bart Francis is a Managing Director and the Client Experience Strategist at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role, Bart brings to Oxford his deep technical, business and experiential background in financial, estate, trust and tax planning to develop and monitor creative strategies for multi-generational families of significance to help them enhance and preserve their wealth. He also leads the firm’s efforts to deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.

Prior to joining Oxford, Bart spent over a decade at Bessemer Trust as a Senior Client Advisor. He directly managed family relationships and served as the lead planner delivering investment, estate, trust, philanthropic and family governance services to client families. He started out in public accounting and was a partner at both Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

On the national level, Bart served on the CFP Board of Governors for four years and was Chair during 2006. He served three years as a fiduciary on the Investments Committee of the American institute of Certified Public Accountants, overseeing qualified retirement plans and corporate investment funds. He served as an instructor for the American Institute of CPA’s Personal Financial Planning Certificate of Educational Achievement program and co-authored the course on retirement and estate planning.

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Bart holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master of science degree in taxation from Widener University. He earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards and also maintains the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) certification granted by the Investments & Wealth Institute.

Bart resides with his wife Diane and their three dogs (numbers always subject to change). Their children are grown and live in Austin, Texas and Vienna, Virginia. Bart and his family enjoy travel, food, wine and exercise.

Christopher B. Gioia

About Christopher B. Gioia

Chris Gioia is a Managing Director at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd., where he leverages his extensive investment experience across asset classes to help multi-generational families and business owners navigate the complexities of wealth. Chris focuses on deeply understanding each client’s needs, goals and values—translating them into a comprehensive plan developed in close collaboration with Oxford’s Family Office Services and Investment teams.

Prior to Oxford, Chris worked within a single-family office, giving him firsthand insight into the nuanced needs, dynamics and aspirations of multi-generational families. This perspective informs his commitment to building enduring client relationships and delivering strategies that align wealth with purpose, preserve legacy and create clarity across generations.

Chris began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Cowen and Company, where he advised business owners in the Aerospace and Defense sector on mergers, acquisitions and capital raising strategies. He spent over a decade in New York, primarily on the buy-side. At Ramius LLC—and later at ArmaVir Partners, a firm he co-founded with former Ramius colleagues—Chris focused on direct private equity and growth equity investments across a range of industries.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Princeton University. He serves on the Board of Directors of Bassett Mirror Company, a privately held multigenerational business and is also a member of the Audit Committee at Palm Beach Day Academy.

A native of Nashville, Tennessee, he now resides in West Palm Beach with his wife, Liza, and their two children. In his free time, Chris enjoys tennis, golf, traveling, staying active and spending time with his family.

Richard V. Hall, MBA, CFP®

Richard Hall is a Managing Director at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd., where he demonstrates his unique ability to bring clients expert solutions to investment goals. Richard focuses on helping individuals by ensuring they are well educated and understood through the process. This understanding helps clients feel confident in their partnership with Oxford.

Richard specializes in investment management, financial planning, estate planning and client service—advising highnet-worth individuals, families and institutions. He brings nearly 26 years of experience serving individuals and families with broad financial planning expertise.

Prior to joining Oxford, Richard was the Investment Director for PNC Bank in its Wealth Management division. Prior to that he served as an investment manager for Standard Federal Bank.

Richard is a graduate of Wayne State University with both a bachelor of science and a master of business administration with a focus on investment finance. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional.

Richard is involved in a number of charitable and community endeavors. He and his wife, Christina, live in Greenwood, Indiana with their three children.

Richard aims to make his clients feel confident in the investment planning process and rest easier knowing that they have someone on their team who understands what they are facing and will partner with them to help make their goals a reality.

Michael E. Larson, MBA, CFP®

Michael Larson is a Wealth Advisor at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. Having more than 20 years of experience serving individuals and their families in financial and wealth planning, he works to help grow and expand relationships with the clients and multi-generational families he serves. In this role, he consults and advises clients in all aspects of the financial planning process, including cash flow management, investment management and tax and estate planning.

Michael originally joined Oxford in 2016 as a Relationship Manager where he worked closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their financial objectives. He also partnered with Managing Directors to determine the best solutions and services to help clients achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Oxford, Michael served as an Associate Portfolio Consultant at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. In that role, he worked with high-net-worth clients to identify deficiencies in their portfolio allocation and overall investment strategy. He also provided education to clients and their families on various wealth management strategies to help them meet their long-term goals and objectives.

Michael earned his bachelor of arts degree in english literature from Indiana University and his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. Michael is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and currently maintains his Series 65 Investment Advisor Registration.

Michael has a unique aptitude and passion for facilitating clients in identifying their financial planning goals. His ability to assist clients in navigating challenges during their various stages of life make him an excellent partner to the clients he serves.

Michael, his wife Holly and their three children reside in Fishers, Indiana. During their free time they enjoy traveling and spending time in the great outdoors.

Zachary S. Littleton, MBA


About Zachary S. Littleton, MBA

Zach Littleton is a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role, he serves new and existing Oxford clients and their families implementing unique investment and generational wealth planning strategies.

Prior to joining Oxford, Zach spent nearly fifteen years with J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank in Chicago and West Michigan, where he served families across all their banking, investment and generational wealth transfer needs. He brings a deep understanding of business succession planning and executive compensation dynamics. He has also worked with families across generations in aligning investment portfolios to help meet their distinct family and philanthropic goals.

Zach earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University. He earned his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Zach and his wife, Laura, have four children and live in Ada, Michigan. They enjoy golf, skiing and weekends at Horsehead Lake. Zach has a passion for education and has served as a board member and classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes, while Laura has served with the Junior League of Grand Rapids and Thornapple Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS).

Parker Mitchell is a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. His focus is working with clients to help them navigate the complexities of financial markets by providing customized advice based on a thorough understanding of their personal values, wealth transfer goals and vision for their business and legacy.

Prior to joining Oxford, Parker was a Principal and Senior Client Advisor at Bessemer Trust, where he led a team responsible for providing ultra-high-net-worth clients with proactive, highly personalized advice across investment management, wealth planning and family office services. Before Bessemer, Parker was a Managing Director with Cresset. Parker began his career at Cambridge Associates advising single family offices and institutional investors in portfolio construction and implementation, financial planning and family office services.

Parker earned his bachelor of arts degree in philosophy from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He went on to earn a master of business administration (MBA) from Georgia Tech’s Scheller College of Business with a concentration in finance. Parker is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation (CFA® charterholder) and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional.

Parker lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Maggie and their two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, watching Atlanta United soccer and reading.

Jacque Nolan is a Wealth Advisor at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. With nearly 10 years of experience serving individuals and their families in financial and wealth planning, she works to help grow and expand relationships with the clients and multigenerational families she serves. In this role, she consults and advises clients in all aspects of the financial planning process, including cash flow management, investment management and tax and estate planning. 

Jacque joined Oxford in 2021 as a Relationship Manager where she worked closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their financial objectives. She also partnered with Managing Directors to determine the best solutions and services to help clients achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Oxford, Jacque served as an Associate Relationship Strategist in PNC’s Wealth Management department. In this role, she acted as the main point of contact for her clients and helped provide financial planning services to meet their needs.

Jacque earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Technology Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Additionally, she is a Certified Financial Planner professional and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation.

Jacque is originally from the Indianapolis area and currently resides in a northern suburb with her husband, Will. In her free time, Jacque enjoys being active, spending time with family and friends and traveling to new places.

Peter N. Reist, CPA/PFS, AIF®

Peter Reist is a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role, Peter provides personal financial planning and private office services to executives and high-net-worth families. By using his financial, tax and estate expertise, he focuses on each client to individualize a plan to meet specific goals within their risk tolerance. Peter’s background also lends itself well to addressing the needs of Oxford’s institutional clients, including endowments, foundations and other tax-exempt pools of assets. He also applies his financial acumen as a frequent presenter of financial planning seminars to executives, entrepreneurs and employee groups.

Prior to joining Oxford, Peter was a managing director with KSM Capital Advisors, LLC, a registered investment advisor. There, he worked closely with clients on a variety of income and estate planning matters.

Peter was also a tax partner at Katz, Sapper & Miller, where he had been employed since 1988. Prior to that, he was a public accountant with Price Waterhouse. His years of experience in federal, state and real estate taxation involving individuals, S-corporations and partnerships allow him to draw on that expertise for his clients’ benefit.

A graduate of Manchester College, Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS).

Peter is a board member of the Carmel Clay Public Library, the Indiana Repertory Theatre and St. Mark’s United Methodist Church Finance Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Professional Advisor Leadership Council for the Central Indiana Community Foundation, and has been active with the American Cancer Society for over twenty years.

H. Tyler Rosser, JD, CFP®

Tyler Rosser is a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role, Tyler provides highly customized financial planning solutions and Family Office Services to multigenerational families of significant worth, business owners and executives. Tyler works closely with clients to create and implement sophisticated and comprehensive financial, estate, trust and tax strategies that allow for the preservation and enhancement of wealth.

Drawing upon his prior experience as an attorney practicing in the areas of trust and estate planning and administration, real estate transactions and taxation, Tyler brings a unique ability to understand and optimize the legal components of a client’s wealth transfer strategy alongside the financial aspects.

Prior to joining Oxford, Tyler was an attorney and Associate Director on the capital markets team at Scannell Properties, a large industrial real estate developer, where he transacted over $1.0 billion of real estate dispositions. Prior to his time at Scannell Properties, Tyler was in private practice as an attorney serving clients throughout central Indiana.

Tyler received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance and real estate from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude. Tyler is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and maintains an active license to practice law in the State of Indiana.

Outside of Oxford, Tyler is actively involved in the Indianapolis advisor community as a member of the Indiana University School of Medicine Planned Giving Committee and as a member of the Professional Advisor Leadership Council of the Central Indiana Community Foundation. Tyler also teaches Estate and Gift Taxation as an Adjunct Professor at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Tyler and his wife, Maryl, live in a northern suburb of Indianapolis and enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time outdoors. Tyler is also an avid runner and enjoys participating in the One America 500 Festival Mini-Marathon held in Indianapolis each year during the month of May.
