About Jeffery H. Stroman, CPA (Inactive)

Jeff Stroman serves Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. as a Managing Director, as well as a member on the Oxford Investment Board. He is also a member of Oxford’s Board of Directors and the Value Council.

Jeff has spent over 30 years advising clients and coordinating the Managing Directors within the investment services practice. Jeff’s client service responsibilities included advising institutions, private trusts and families.

Jeff graduated with academic distinction from Mississippi State University (MSU), where he lettered four years on a basketball scholarship while completing a Bachelor’s degree from the MSU College of Business and Industry. After graduation, he worked with a Big Eight public accounting firm and also received his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate. He later served as a financial analyst for Stokely-Van Camp and as a successful investment broker. Immediately prior to joining Oxford, Jeff served as a branch manager for a New York Stock Exchange brokerage firm.

Robert M. Twitchell, MBA, CFA

About Robert M. Twitchell, MBA, CFA

As a Managing Director at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd., Rob uses his expertise in asset allocation and public and private investments to balance return potential with risk. Rob’s emphasis on building strong relationships, coupled with his ability to create and execute on multi-layer wealth strategies, embodies Oxford’s overall approach to comprehensive wealth management.

Prior to Oxford, Rob served as Vice President at JPMorgan Asset Management, where he headed the institutional advisor team’s central region. In this role, Rob advised more than 200 leading private wealth advisory firms on asset allocation and manager selection, specializing in institutional equity and fixed income strategies, alternative investments, behavioral finance and structured notes. Prior to that, Rob held positions in investment strategy, business development and client relationship management.

Rob earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and his Master’s degree from Georgetown University.

Rob is passionate about serving the financial community and was elected by his peers to be President of the CFA Society of Indianapolis in 2008-2009. He served on the Board of Directors of the CFA Society for more than a decade. He continues to contribute his talents and expertise by speaking on a variety of investment topics. He also co-authored a white paper on alternative investments titled “Post Modern Portfolio Theory,” which he presented to the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors, the New York Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the Houston Alternative Investment Forum.

Rob is a past chairman of the Well House Society advisory board for the Indiana University Foundation. For over a decade, he also served as a volunteer member of both the investment committee for the Christian Theological Seminary and the finance committee for the Ronald McDonald House of Central Indiana.

Ashlee D. Walton, CFP®

About Ashlee D. Walton, CFP®

Ashlee Walton is a Managing Director at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd., where she advises multigenerational families on holistic wealth planning, governance and legacy strategies. She coordinates estate and tax planning, business succession, philanthropic strategy and trust administration, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable plans. She also collaborates with outside counsel, tax advisors and investment professionals to deliver cohesive plans tailored to each family’s values.

Previously, Ashlee served as Senior Advisor and Tax Strategist at Goldstone Financial Group, where she developed and maintained client partnerships through relationship-driven growth and client education, and provided comprehensive tax planning and multiyear strategic reviews for high-net-worth clients. Prior to that, she was a Senior Financial Planner at James Investment Research, where she developed the firm’s financial planning framework and fee model and served as lead advisor on complex client relationships, integrating tax, estate, retirement, investment and charitable strategies in collaboration with CPAs and attorneys.

Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from Wright State University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) professional.

A frequent presenter and educator, Ashlee has led seminars and classes on tax planning, retirement strategies and wealth management for clients, professional groups and community organizations. She has also appeared on broadcast and digital platforms and has been quoted in print on personal finance and tax topics.

Ashlee’s primary focus is her family. She and her husband and daughter have several pets and enjoy outdoor activities such as Jeep outings, hiking and camping, but they also value quiet time at home. In her spare moments, Ashlee is an avid reader.

Julia S. Weaver, JD, LL.M.


About Julia S. Weaver, JD, LL.M.

Julia Weaver is a Managing Director and Family Office Fellow for Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. She brings over two decades of experience working with clients and advisors to structure and protect comprehensive estate and business succession plans.

Prior to joining Oxford in 2015, Julia practiced law in the area of wealth transfer and business succession planning. She also served as a Senior Wealth Strategist covering a seven-state area where she oversaw wealth strategy, business succession planning and charitable planning for affluent families.

Julia earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1994 and Master of Laws in Taxation cum laude in 2017 from the University Of Alabama School of Law. She has lectured extensively on estate planning and exit planning strategies to both professional and client audiences.

Julia is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association Estate Planning and Administration Section and Indiana State Bar Association. She is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis, the Professional Advisor Leadership Council (PALC) for the Central Indiana Community Foundation and the Planned Giving Committee for the Indianapolis Zoo.

Julia previously served as the Chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association Estate Planning and Administration Section (2015) as well as the Chair of the Low Asset Will Program and the Pro Bono Standing Committee for the Indianapolis Bar Association. In addition, Julia was formerly a board member for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Indiana and Key Club Chairperson in the banking industry for the United Way of Central Indiana.

Julia lives with her family on Morse Reservoir in Noblesville, Indiana, and enjoys water sports, running and traveling.

Bo Wilkins is a Managing Director within Oxford’s Family Office Services practice. Bo works with business owners and family offices to protect clients’ estate and legacy. He collaborates with his Oxford colleagues and the clients’ team of advisors on the design and implementation of wealth transfer strategies. His leadership, expertise and creative approach make him a sought‐after industry professional.

Prior to his transition to Oxford, Bo was a founding member and partner of High Ground Company, a boutique insurance advisory firm serving ultra‐affluent families. He has over three decades of experience providing white glove service in the areas of multigenerational estate, legacy and business succession planning.

Bo graduated from Hampden Sydney College and serves as a member of their alumni board. He sits on the board of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council and is a long‐standing member of FINSECA, an organization made up of the top financial security professionals. He is also a two‐time president of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

Bo holds professional designations as a Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC®), Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®).

Bo is a sought‐after speaker and has written numerous articles that have been published in the NAEPC Journal of Estate & Tax Planning, Financial Advisor Magazine, Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta Journal‐Constitution, National Underwriter, Private Wealth Magazine and Business to Business Magazine.

Bo is actively involved with Covenant House Georgia and Trinity House. He previously served on the board and leadership council for a number of organizations including Songs For Kids Foundation, Camp Sunshine, Curing Kids Cancer and the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s Atlanta Chapter.

In his spare time, Bo enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandson. He enjoys live music, the symphony, playing guitar, long distance running, skiing and is an avid traveler.

Tim Wittenbrook is a Managing Director with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. Prior to joining Oxford, Tim was an Executive Director at JPMorgan Asset Management and a Vice President of Fidelity Investments.

Tim has worked in the financial services industry for nearly 30 years, advising families and institutions on asset allocation, investment manager selection and fiduciary risk management. His expertise also extends to corporate retirement plans, helping companies with investment menu selection, ongoing investment monitoring and plan design to help meet fiduciary requirements. In addition to being a member of Oxford’s Retirement Plan Committee, he is an active CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association.

Tim is a native of the Cincinnati area and resides with his wife, Michelle, in Montgomery. They have five children and have been involved in a diverse group of charitable organizations. They are particularly interested in efforts that benefit children.

Tim graduated from Miami University, Farmer School of Business, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He returned to his hometown to bring leadership and commitment to the Cincinnati market and community. He is a member of United Way Tocqueville Society, Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, the Goering Center, the Cincinnati Association for Corporate Growth, Queen City Club and Kenwood Country Club.

James R. Wright, CFP®, CMFC®

About James R. Wright, CFP®, CMFC®

James Wright is a Wealth Advisor at Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, James seeks to maintain, deepen and expand relationships with the existing clients and multi-generational families he serves. His responsibilities include all aspects of the financial planning process, including cash flow management, investment management and tax and estate planning.

James originally joined Oxford in 2014 as a Client Service Manager. Along his path of career advancement, James was promoted on multiple occasions, first to the role of Client Relationship Strategist, then to Senior Relationship Manager and on to Client Service Supervisor.

In his prior position as Client Service Supervisor, James oversaw Oxford’s team of Relationship Managers, serving as a technical resource to ensure the seamless coordination and implementation of the financial needs and goals of Oxford’s clients.

Prior to joining Oxford, James was a financial planner for a fee-only financial planning and investment management firm where he worked closely with high-net-worth clients in all aspects of financial planning and wealth management.

James holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation as well as a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor℠ (CMFC®) designation.

James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Financial Planning and minor in Insurance from Ball State University.

James and his wife live in north Indianapolis with their two sons. They enjoy sports, spending time with family and being outdoors.
