About Ryan M. Grand, MBA
Ryan Grand serves as Managing Director, Mayfair Capital Partners and is an Oxford Investment Fellow® with Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. In this role, Ryan leads the deal origination efforts within Mayfair Capital Partners through building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries, executives and key stakeholders across the North American mergers and acquisitions (M&A) ecosystem. Mayfair Capital Partners focuses on making direct private equity investments in middle market companies.
Most recently, Ryan served as Head of Business Development at Red Arts Capital, where he led the firm’s investment sourcing efforts. He has spent the bulk of his career in private equity through holding various roles at EO Capital Partners and Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc. Ryan began his career in municipal finance at Mesirow Financial before moving to Jefferies LLC.
Ryan graduated summa cum laude from Wabash College and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Beyond his role at Oxford, Ryan is actively involved in his local community through serving on the board of Little Red Door Cancer Agency and has served in similar roles with Happy Hollow Children’s Camp and Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in the past.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time on the golf course, appreciating both the constant challenge of the game and the opportunity to connect with others. He also loves traveling internationally and exploring new cultures and food. Ryan lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Alison, and their two daughters.
